Our aim is to get back to you within 24 hours, with our Removal Assessment and Fixed Proposal; based upon the information you provide to us.

Be sure to include the details of everything you require us to move and the complete list of services that you want us to undertake for you. Accuracy is critical for both of us.

For us to provide you with an accurate removals’ quote we need accurate information from you, in particular:

  • A full list of ALL the items you want us to move for you.
  • Approximate removal dates.
  • Addresses and details of access and parking at the pickup and delivery points.
  • Approximate value of the goods to be moved.
  • What services you would like us to undertake for you:

– removal only/packing/unpacking/removal supplies/insurance.

  • Storage requirements if needed.
  • Any other special requirements you may have.

Please make sure to return both the completed questionnaire and inventory to us.

We will do our best to get the quote to you the next working day so if you’ve sent us your documents and haven’t heard back from us after 24 hours please contact us just in case we haven’t received your email.

  • Loss or Damage – Commercial Removals and Storage;

  • Variation and Notice;
  • Applicable Law.
